Collaborative Work Leadership Fellowship
Following the success of other programs jointly designed and delivered by Alliance Manchester Business School and Leaders Development, Amanda supported the submission of a bid for a new program focused on Collaborative Work on in Leadership.

This program is funded by the Council of Charities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the overall purpose of the program is to empower charitable sector leaders with the insight, tools, and collaborative mindset to drive sustainable innovation, shared impact, and evidence-informed decision-making, strengthening the collective capacity of the sector to meet societal needs.

The Saudi British Fellowship Programme for Collaborative Leadership (SBFPCL) was designed to equip the existing and new generation of charitable sector leaders with insight, integrity, and impact.
Over six months, Fellows engaged in a dynamic learning journey that blended strategic knowledge with practical application.
