Founded in 2009 by a group of specialized and passionate individuals, the Leadership Development Company (LD) focuses on the design and delivery of leadership programs predominantly for the Not-for-Profit sector in KSA. Leaders Development offer both open program and customised program.

Amanda has worked with Leaders Development on a number of projects, some have involved editing and redesigning learning and development content in order to achieve accreditation with CPDUK and others have involved whole program design from researching and engaging international delivery partners, contract negotiation, program design an the quality assurance of program delivery.
