Saudi British Fellowship in Governance
Following the request from the Mutib Bin Abdulaziz Foundation (KSA) working again with Leaders Development, Amanda established a new partnership relationship with the Centre for Charity Effectiveness (CCE) at Bayes Business School.

The Fellowship in Governance programme is designed in support of KSA Vision 2030 and its goals around the growth, enhancement and stability of the non-profit sector in KSA. One of the key commitments of Saudi Vision 2030 for the non-profit sector is ‘motivating the non-profit sector to implement good governance standards”. The programme will provide a comprehensive and unique governance educational programme combining self-directed and collaborative learning to equip participants with the essential attitudes, knowledge and skills in non-profit governance. Leaders Development and CCE will design and deliver the programme collaboratively via in person sessions in Riyadh and London.
Programme aims and learning outcomes

Build basic knowledge and skills in non-profit governance in support of KSA Vision 2030 and its goals around the growth and stability of the non-profit sector: Participants will leave the programme having gained an understanding of the key issues in non-profit governance and having built the basic knowledge, skills and attitudes they need to ensure effective governance of the organisations they lead.

Strengthen leadership capacities: Enhance the leadership skills of participants, enabling them to foster and promote governance that ensures effectiveness and accountability in their organisations.

Facilitate peer learning and collaboration: Provide a platform for participants to share experiences, discuss challenges, and develop collective solutions through structured workshops and discussions.

Promote practical application: Ensure that participants leave the programme with concrete, actionable strategies they can apply immediately within their organisations.

Build a sustainable leadership network: Establish a network of senior leaders across KSA who can support each other’s continuous learning and development.
